Shipping

It may take 2 to 4 working days for us to ship an item. Orders in Greece are sent via ELTA Courier or the Hellenic Post depending on your location. All international orders are sent International First Class through the Hellenic Post (ELTA). There is a tracking number and delivery can take up to 2 weeks depending on your location. In order to keep things as clear and simple as possible we charge flat shipping rates:

Returns and Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with your art purchase at Umanismo for any reason you can return your item for a full refund or exchange.

Items must be returned within 45 days of the purchase date to qualify for a refund/exchange.

Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition (not broken or damaged) that you received them.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
